If you no longer have the app installed, email dziugas.sablauskas@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. We may require identity verification first. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Habbiter is intended for people aged 14 and over. We ask for your year of birth once, when you set up your account, and we do not allow accounts for anyone under 14.
Some Habbiter programmes — including Vyrų Kalvė — are designed for participants aged 14 to 18, taking part alongside a parent or guardian who has their own account.
What we collect from users under 18. The same information we collect from any user: account details, the habits and reflections you write, and your programme activity. We do not show advertising to anyone, we do not use personalised advertising, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
Year of birth. We store the year you were born on your account so we can apply our minimum age. We do not ask for your full date of birth.
If you are under 14. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 14. If you believe a child under 14 has created an account, contact us at dziugas.sablauskas@gmail.com and we will delete the account and its data.
Parents and guardians. If you are the parent or guardian of a participant and want to review or delete their information, contact us at dziugas.sablauskas@gmail.com.
If Habbiter is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing transaction, sale of assets, bankruptcy proceeding, transfer of operations, or similar business event, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
