You can delete your Habbiter account and its data at any time. There are two ways.
- Open Habbiter.
- Go to Profile → Manage account, or Settings → Account.
- Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice.
Deletion happens immediately. You will be signed out and returned to the sign-in screen.
By request (if you no longer have the app)
Email dziugas.sablauskas@gmail.com from the address on your Habbiter account, with the subject "Delete my account".
We may ask you to verify that the address is yours before we act. Requests are processed within 30 days, and normally within a few days.
What is deleted
Everything tied to your account, permanently and without a recovery window:
- your account and sign-in credentials;
- your email address, name and username;
- your year of birth;
- your habits, completions and day-seals;
- your reflections, weekly reflections and reflection answers;
- your workouts, plans, programmes, schedules and logs;
- your goals, missions, assessment results and archetype results;
- your AI mentor memory and conversation history;
- your friends, friend requests, blocks and public profile;
- your push notification tokens and in-app notification history;
- your theme, layout and app preferences;
- your purchase and entitlement records held by Habbiter.
What is retained, and why
- A deletion record. We keep the date of deletion and a one-way cryptographic hash of your email address — not the address itself. This exists only so we can confirm a deletion took place if you or a regulator later ask. It cannot be reversed into your email address.
- Payment and tax records, where we are legally required to keep them. If you ever paid for Habbiter, invoice-level records are retained for the period required by Lithuanian and EU accounting law. These are held by our payment processor and are not used for any other purpose.
- Aggregated, anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you, and are not linked back to your account.
Subscriptions — please read
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your Habbiter account does not cancel that subscription. Neither Apple nor Google allows us to cancel on your behalf. Cancel it yourself first:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Habbiter → Cancel.
- Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Habbiter → Cancel.
If you subscribed on habbiter.com, we cancel it for you automatically as part of deletion.
How long it takes
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Backups are rotated out within 30 days of deletion.
